      Compensation is in the upper tier compared to other public sector organizations. Benefits are also good.

      Cons

      Nepotism appears to be prevalent and there is a lack of representation of BIPOC employees in leadership positions. Senior leadership appears to be turning a continuous blind eye to these problems.

      Overall good benefits and paid time off.

      Cons

      Incredibly unprofessional leadership without an understanding of how to effectively lead a team. Unethical behaviors and a hypocritical culture of being a people first oriented when they treat employees with disdain. I've worked in several other organizations and this is by far the worst environment I've been a part of.
