      How this institution managed to get NCAAA accreditation is an absolute mystery. Leadership is toxic and coercive. They give qualifications away.

      Pros

      Students are lovely. Management is very capable, Good Salary and good team. Goal-directed with space for initiative and good training opportunities. A young college and training company that constantly improves and acts with integrity.

      Cons

      The usual job insecurity. No respect for contractual hours.
