Pros
Work life balance isn’t as bad as at other IBs. A good stepping stone. I’ve seen a few people move across the different offices.
Cons
Pay is low compared to our peers and benefits are limited. The company is dictated by the Spanish office. They don’t care about people and it seems like HR have their hands tied in what they’re allowed to do. Managers all think they know everything about everything, and it’s just luck if you get a good one.
