A couple of years ago we stepped up our investment in HR, the learning programme, continuous development, and Wellbeing. The response and the feedback from our People Leaders and from our staff has been overwhelmingly positive.
As a business we value transparency and fairness enormously, in line with our values. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, and we would take immediate action if there was any evidence to suggest that this had been the case.
