Learning opportunities hindered by poor management dynamics - Event Staff Alameda County Fair Association Employee Review

It’s unfortunate that the management is the way they are. Even after giving so much time and effort, asking for support, giving 1 million times more than what I should have, their own ego, feelings, and cliquiness radiated through any theatrical professional management I’ve ever seen. it’s all a performance. The moment you ask a question or challenge them, you’re done. As someone who gave true effort, asked for feedback, and honestly only wanted to do their best, I would give them a -5 stars out of five.
