      Free insurance which I heard is not a thing anymore

      Cons

      Do not plan on advancement. Heavily run on the good old boy system. It’s all about if they like you or not. Not how well you do your job. Do not post jobs internally but always hiring from the outside. HR is a joke.

      Great coworkers. Flexible schedule when needed. Great culture of serving our members and the community.

      Cons

      Too many systems to login to. Love to have 1 system instead of all the ones we have.

      The company does well earning plenty of revenue to support growth.

      The leadership does not know how to help the company grow and will not invest in essential computer programs/hardware to support current staff.
