Pros
Was a great place to work when I started, the people were great, the benefits are expectational and MOST of the management are approachable and supportive
Cons
Rapidly declining with constant cut backs which leads to more pressure with the never ending workload. Moral across the whole office is pretty low. Very little opportunity to progress internally.
