Good working environment, Benefits like good pension Business class travel above 5 hrs ( It used to be till I worked, not sure if that still exists because of cost cutting) Reasonable salary
Cons
Lot of office politics especially, its difficult to prove your self Lot of old working people above 52 which make like for young employees difficult Difficult to get promoted unless you have links
