Pros
This is a great MNC to work for. This was one of those rare organizations that truly values people from different cultures and background because diversity in the workforce was seen as a strength. Equal opportunities were provided to all in the workplace and this helped cultivate an inclusive work culture. Furthermore, the compensation packages were above the industry standard and lunch was provided at no cost for all the employees.
Cons
The only drawback was that some departments had to follow 12-hour shifts. Although those who had to follow the 12-hour shifts was less than 10 percent of the entire workforce, it made things slightly difficult for the concerned employees. It would have been better if additional manpower was hired to reduce the 12-hour shifts to 8-hour shifts.
