      Pros

      -The recruiter was amazing, transparent, respectful, and diligent. -Onboarding was speedy -HR, Insurance, and Payroll were transparent, responsive, and helpful with each step. -Great company to contract with staffing me with a great company (VMware)

      Cons

      -No 401K until 1 year of employment -The background process involves a 7-year work history check, if there are any discrepancies they will request your Tax returns (which could be related to the company they are staffing you with). - -They request info for High School education and all school transcripts or proof of completion of any degree or schooling

      Pros

      Agency negotiated a fair contract and was proactive about fine-tuning candidate resumes for the specific positions available, They are diligent and persistent in making sure candidates are properly prepared to interview with their clients.

      Cons

      No major complaints at all.

      Pros

      Good communication and they are supportive.

      Cons

      I felt rushed to get everything done. Also, I had to give them my SSC and ID twice. Both times were for my I-9. They needed me to confirm that I was a US Citizen, and needed someone to represent me to confirm I was a US Citizen. They asked my representative to give them the same info about me that I already gave them.
