Solving a cool problem and is owned by a consortium of financial
Cons
Product doesn't work well and causes tremendous (unnecessary) headaches for ops and customers due to lack of planning and communication. Biggest con is that some sr. leaders aren't sincere, don't listen and treat people as peons, especially women. For such a small company there is a lot of hierarchy and ego. Compensation/reviews are a mystery. Certainly no 360 review opportunity for management, thus this post. No merit or inflation increase for 2022 cycle.
