Pros
Unfortunately the pros far outweigh the cons. If you like to get verbally abused, struck and beaten down (in a verbal way), and receive NO grace or forgiveness from management, then you would absolutely love working for this company.
Cons
If your style of working doesn't mesh well with them and your views are ignored, I have 2 words for you if you plan on staying long term - good luck. This job can be quite a task to stay sane especially when the company expects you to be available 24/7 (without getting paid OT). Even if you are as sick as a dog, they still expect you to be on the computer and perform top notch and if you made an error while being gravely ill, they will not be forgiving at all. Unfortunately HR is non-existent so there's no one to have your back.
