      Job offer came quickly after interview

      Cons

      No PTO for the 1st year and NO ability to flex your schedule to accommodate any last minute emergencies. Sure you can take unpaid time but it has to be approved first before you leave and you loose out on the health and wellness pay (towards your health insurance).

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
