      They were communicative and did not involve much handholding.

      Need to improve healthcare coverage, it only allowed me to pick up prescriptions at certain Walgreens and CVS locations.

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
