      The people are very nice. the work can be fun

      Cons

      they work you very hard. lots of hours with very little pay. or bonus'. I was told several times i would get an increase or a bonus. that was over a year ago.

      Pros

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
