      Pros

      People just roll up their sleeves and pitch in. It's a very cooperative environment. They had some big staff changes a few years ago and it's now a great place to work. They really care about their people. The company is growing like crazy.

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
