Akij iBOS - Unprofessional HR who involves in office politics - Executive Akij Resources Employee Review

They didn't have any HR in the first place, then hired a HR manager, who later on transferred to the head office. Currently, the manager or idk who hired this unprofessional guy. This so-called HR was hired as an intern and now trying to be an HR by getting involved in Office politics, this guy has zero integrity. No skills, only hateful towards employees. If the HR manager hired him then all we can say is they needed someone whom they can control because a skillful HR couldn't work in this org nor be controlled.
