      No leadership Poor communication company wide Cliques between management and everyone else Sold the corporate office so no physical location understaffed customer service Main products are sub par compared to competition, clients are aware Management is unwilling to invest in current products, instead want to purchase more companies Major turnover issues Went public way too early

      Pros

      Communication, mentorship, and a great team are all great aspects about working here. Personally, my favorite thing is the flexibility- I really appreciate knowing that I can take a midday appointment or pick up my kid from school when I need to. The unlimited PTO is also a huge plus.

      Cons

      It’s a quickly growing company, so naturally that comes with some growing pains. But on the same note, leadership has really put in the work to make sure things go smoother with each “growth spurt” we have.
