Friendly junior and mi-level team, glossy offices and a standard laid-back agency environment with music on and dogs allowed etc

Woefully under-scoped projects leave the expectations of considerable over time at weekends and public holidays. Longstanding staff seem to think its the norm but are clearly burnt out. Very little time for a considered design process due to back-to-back meetings throughout the week. They give the impression of being an innovative, design-led business when in reality its just a stock-standard media agency that over works its staff to win business. A mandatory 4 days a week in the office reflects this.
