      Pros

      That I no longer work for them.

      Cons

      They do not treat their Management well... they allow arrogant upper management to dictate the rules according to their own agenda. Pay is not comparable to the market. Women are talked down to. You work 100 hours a week without compensation for the extra effort. A horrible company to work for.

      Cons

      Required to work a minimum of 48 hours a week Limited work flexibility Very high expectations must be able to manage a multitude of issues and people.
