Well, at least I wasn't a slave.

- They will try to cheat you in any way possible. This means that if they find a way to take away some of your money, they do it - You are just a number in their database. - Bonus on the contract? Ahahaha, you will never receive anything. And if you ask for informations, well I can assure you that they will just forward you to other people until nobody will reply back - They will pay you on the last day that the law permit. - They pretend to be a lot over the average IT company, but the reality is that they are like in the worsts positions - You will probably do a ton of work in a bad ambient, on awful projects and nobody will care about the fact that probably you saved the situation thanks to your dedication and knowledge - They have the wonderful ability to pay more attention to the form than to the substance - They will request back even the backpack after that you quit. Even if it's half destroyed after years of consumption - They will only provide you with the bare necessities

The company has several pros: managers are really good, friendly, some of them very skilled, it is not a big problem to have a meeting with someone if you want to speak, organiztion is fine, well defined, you know immediately who you have to contact, courses are great - when I was there they provided lot of interesting courses, it was a mixed-age company, this means also that there were lot of young colleagues...

... anyway it is a consulting company: salary raise were not constant and defined, and stress at work depends on the client you work for. If you are working wih the right client you can stay there forever. Or at least for a long time. I remember also few problems with organization, but nothing serious
