team atmosphere. kind, hard working, supportive staff. clinic gives excellent care. staff knowledgeable, good bed side manners. healthcare must be a calling if one wants to work in a clinic. clinic first priority is the community it serves. this is a very good thing.
Cons
huge growth so sometimes a bit disorganized from upper management. other than that have very few cons about the employer.
