      It's a bit soulless now in comparison with before. Not really clear how to get a promotion. Every year, the expectations for senior-level positions grow.

      Pros

      - people first. - good work-life balance. - psychologically safe. - very nice benefits (gym, canteen, phone, home internet etc). - opportunities to learn. - stable and wise head office. - interesting product with good technical challenges.

      Cons

      - sometimes looks a bit slow, but we are working on it :)
