I have work for other federal contracting companies so far they have been the best I have ever work for. Very hands on and family oriented. Always making sure you are treated good. They Celebrate you and provide high non tax bonuses each year.

Income for your position is normally on locked ...no pay increases due they are federal contracting company. Same thing with medical benefits very high deductibles. But that is generally normal and the con side with being federal contractor in general.

AITHERAS has a fast growing and very challenging practice in supporting Federal, State and Local governments and Quasi-government entities as well as Non-profit. Working with Business Intelligence, Oracle Exadata, Hadoop, and advance text analytics. They do a lot of what is hot and very leading edge.

As a Contractor some time the requirements given us are not always well defined. Deadlines can be short, and due to the type of infrastructure work done we some times have to work weekends and nights.
