Most of the people were great to work with. Good pay.

Lack of communication. Lack of staff. No performance reviews.

Very few. The non-management co-workers were mostly nice.

Everything else. Super toxic environment. Management doesn't care at all about work/life balance. People are fired regularly. There is an unwillingness to make changes in an obviously dying industry.
