Culture is hectic at best, self-sabotaging at worst. Middle and senior managers are constantly pivoting, and performing at “meets expectations” would be “exceeded expectations” at any other company.
SG offices is also 5days RTO which is weird for a tech company, even for SG.
A lot of people leave before or soon after probation period, and I’d say those were the smart ones to dodge a bullet.
