Drastically underpays, no 401k match unless you’re employed at year-end, consistently changing bonuses & other compensation, which is a symptom of a larger problem. There is no real plan for the company growth. While plans change in a start up, at Airspace it’s obvious there is no experience in their leadership to handle the growth. Every week it’s a new software, new branding, new office, new direction with no cohesion. It’s like walking up an escalator going down, nothing ever really gets accomplished. They offer new products with no warning to other departments. All of this leads to terrible work life balance.
