Pros
- Trust in employees to meet expectations and speak up when help is needed, very small amount of "busy work/mundane meetings". What you do every day matters and is up to you
- The leadership is full of real, genuine, good people that care about their employees deeply.
- This role allowed me to be a swiss army knife in regards to my weekly scheduling. Ex: working remote, working events, planning events, visiting accounts, setting up deals/promos virtually, etc.. Great role/company for someone who doesn't want to be doing the same exact thing every day
Cons
- A bit of a lack of interdepartmental communication and foresight into the future with Airo, but it makes sense as there is constant growth, pivots, and changes that are always for the betterment of the company.
