Pros
I was hired here as a temp-to-hire with no experience as they said they would train me from the bottom up. Pay was good. Some of the people here are really friendly and helpful.
Cons
Training was awful. The person training me didn't even treat me like I was human and they will fire you on the spot if they think you're not understanding it right away. Every day I went in, I thought this would be the day I got fired. They get frustrated if you ask any questions. We weren't allowed to use Wi-Fi for our phones, nor were we allowed to talk to the other trainees except during breaks and lunches. They use outdated software and hardware which is so slow.
Everyone is stressed because they're working 12 hour days 6 days a week, so I can see why they get frustrated with the temps. But the temps wouldn't be quitting all the time if you were actually encouraging towards them! It's a cycle.
The break rooms are dirty, parking is far away and there's no restaurants nearby.
