Exciting clients, bustling and busy environment, city centre, nice office, some talented colleagues to learn from.

Too small a space for the amount of staff. Incredibly cliquey, newcomers not asked to join groups for lunch and left out of conversation- alienated. Large pay gaps in the same role. Too much focus on you as an individual in probation and not your workload nor task management. Un inclusive, idea of socialising is drinking - also during business hours. No job spec, no health and safety onboarding. Very loud office, night club vibes. Unmoderated behaviour throughout. Unprofessional internally, boys club.

Worked with some big brand names

Poor communication, no women present within higher management which made it feel like a boys club, some of the conversations I heard were unpleasant. Sold a the role as something very different to what my day to day tasks were.
