Pros
- nice people - possibility to do a variety of different jobs - trainings - ability to practice French
Cons
- not for young people : average age is 50.. - archaic way of working (project mode only) - don't go there if you want to practice your English - cold atmosphere (on business/management side) : people are not close to each other much, you won't make good colleagues that you could see outside - you don't feel comfortable there : furniture is so old (you're going back to the 90's), you don't have you personal desk (only shared desks you have to book), temperature is either too hot or too cold - sooooo far away from Montreal, and only accessible by car.. Despite the hundreds of employees working there, they don't put in place any shuttle
