Pros

There is a strong sense of pride in what we do here and the products we make. When challenged, we deliver, and that can't happen without a dedicated and passionate workforce. I personally cannot see myself every working anywhere else. Being a fundamentally European company we enjoy the benefits of a 35 hour standard week. Compensation is comparable to the rest of the industry with performance related bonuses, profit share schemes and additional benefits like private medical cover and discounted shopping deals. The company has also embraced the benefits of flexible working (including remote working) and trusting their employees (where practical) to build there working week around their individual needs. In terms of growth and career progression, this is very much employee led. If you have the motivation, you can go as far as you want. There is a wide range of business areas to choose from and active encouragement to grow your skills and experience base (including overseas roles if you want them).

Cons

Like all large organizations it can sometimes feel like a struggle to get things done due to complex lines or reporting / hierarchy (that's not to say we can't react quickly if we really need to). Also, the onboarding process varies between departments, so you may feel a little "in over your head" at first.
