- Probably the best health benefits in the software industry. - Although there are attendance 'requirements' there's a lot of standard PTO and sick time available.
Cons
-Possibly a little on the conservative side of salary (especially for tech). - In-office requirements (3 days a week) can occasionally be a pain. - It's a large company, and good talent might go un-recognized / un-appreciated
