Clickish; they cater to who they know/like and have history with; Mngmt more concerned about saving pennies in ridiculous redundant areas rather than the actual quality of the product; concerned with doing ONLY what the UK bosses want and not standing up for the Wichita office; would rather cut corners is the forefront of the philosophy-not the 'product'
