Pros

This is a high end sales gig. The office is beautiful, the people are beautiful. You will make lifelong friends here, that is nice. Learn your role and always be open to learning more. You can absolutely grow within this company and then take those skills elsewhere to make the big bucks.

Cons

You won't make the big bucks here, however, the culture and people will make it worth your time... At times it is poorly managed at the top. If you were there as early as 2020, you know they have cut their budgets for bonuses, holiday and goal-related celebrations, holiday bonuses, and other team-building and enriching activities do not exist as of 2022. It is difficult for the company to retain employees due to poor work/life balance and fewer and fewer ways to make more money the longer you are with the company.

Fun culture, my coworkers were friends and life balance was easy. Benefits were good.

Pay varied and it was hard to depend on when you have big bills.
