      Pros

      For new employees, there are many opportunities for professional development. The work week consists of five days, although weekend work may occasionally be required. The work schedule is generally a standard shift.

      Cons

      Pay scale is very less. Growth is less Extended working hours(No overtime pay,only Coff will be credited]. For some mysterious reasons B1 technicians are exploited more as compared to other departments.
