      Great coworkers, fun layovers, good per diem, nice aircrafts, unionized, flight benefits, holiday pay, paid vacation, nice accommodations on layovers...

      Cons

      Scheduling on reserve, start pay rate, seasonal layoffs, crew meals are dodgy, crew sked sometimes tries to play juniors who don't know what is and isn't allowed...

      smaller less frenzied and friendlier environment with perhaps a healthier attitude to employees then some of the bigger airlines

      Limited growth and fewer opportunities to spread your wings.
