Pros
My supervisor for my specific shift was phenomenal and went above and beyond. Not much else. I guess there's room for advancement if you're favored by management.
Cons
HR will find any reason to fire you if they don't like you, regardless of performance. They are also sexist. Men can get away with coming into the job extremley intoxicated, while operating machinery. Low key sexual harassment that seems to get shrugged off until 8 people go to HR about that person. One of the women in management of a certain part of the warehouse is always cussing and being rude. She has also gotten away with throwing scissors at someone. Air Lift is also fine with the favorited people not properly doing their jobs and being extremeley lazy and not cleaning up or performing the tasks necessary. Lots of unnecessary drama. Lots of sexism. Lots of nothing. 0/10 would not recommend.
