      The leadership cares about their employees, there's an open door policy that allows us to connect with supervisors and upper management without a single questions asked.

      Cons

      You're supported throughout the toughs times, I haven't really had an honestly bad experience during my tenure.

      Pros

      Nothing, they don't treat you like a human being, pay you the rate of your dogs allowance, and you get fired for anything else aside from being late

      Cons

      Pretty much the sun of it all. Abusive work culture claiming it's "family" culture; ITS TOXIC to say that when convenient but when it isn't in benefit of employee it doesn't matter. Not when your car breaks down. Not when a family, lived one passes away either. The company won't care
