Great co workers and it’s a good place to work as far hours. Ok benefits package. Good work vans and they provide all tools you don’t have to do the job at hand.

Need better communication and for what they want you to do I think you should be paid a decent wage for that position. Other then that I can’t really say anything bad.

Low pressure, family owned and operated, willing to work with school schedule to some extent. They are excepting and understanding when the kids are sick.

No overtime in the Accounting department, which is common. (There really aren't many Cons that I can think of honestly...)
