Flight "benefits". Discounted tickets ON STANDBY.
Cons
No money to use said tickets. Work life balance impossible when you're junior. Even 4-5 years into the company it's not possible to juggle easily. The CEO really doesn't care about the employees; only lining his pocket with money. The previous CEO was better. And alot of the work is unpaid.
