      The travel benefits. But they hardly fly anywhere!

      Cons

      High headed management as if they have the responsibility of running the entire aviation industry of the country. The Head of HR is also high headed and interacts with only people at higher designations. This Tata company is so called Tata company for namesake.

      Yearly bonus , good environment to work at

      Cons

      As a cabin crew we work base on rosters , so the cons are ,you are most probably won’t be able to celebrate certain occasions unless your leave is approved.
