      Pros

      Decent pay, great hours, full benefits, very flexible and understandable management. I have the nicest bosses.

      Cons

      Small company so promotions are typically only for replacing people who leave or retire.

      Pros

      Will work with you when you need time off, most of the staff is friendly, get alot of over time. Get to travel through the thumb of Michigan seeing interesting things everyday.

      Cons

      no sales commission when selling certain products, pay is not great, never know exactly when you are getting out of work. Getting a bonus or promotion is like pulling teeth.
