      Pros

      Flexible working hours are nice, the longer work day allows you to bank extra holiday time. You don't have to worry about being micromanaged here.

      Cons

      The company has a reputation and long history of being badly managed and not dealing with with issues effectively. The salaries are average. Because it's a small company financial issues are always a problem and possibilities limited. There is also little room for employee growth and advancement possibilities.
