      Pros

      Client projects are good to strengthen professional careers. Gradually growing R&D team with good long projects on hand and lot to learn for freshers. Friendly atmosphere at work.

      Cons

      Poor HR policies and management. Salary schemes provided to new joiners is poor, Working hours are more than regular which is not good for R&D employees.

      Pros

      Allows for some of the best growth potential I have ever seen in a company. Since I started a few years ago, my salary has tripled, and it's still going up! Really rewarding towards high performing employees.

      Cons

      1-2 individuals in production are toxic, and they have seniority. Fortunately the VP is really good at curbing it.
