      Great local people. Some will be life long friends.

      Cons

      A man''s company. They do not pay you what you are worth. You push back. They can't handle it. This location is an exclusive carrier for a customer who makes unreasonable demands. Their drivers are worn out and over worked. Their office staff has to jump through hoops for LOW pay. Be careful. They will suck you in and over work you with their demands.

      Benefits, Direct Supervisor support, Pay/Salary in line with market

      At least on the rental side, everyone is disposable. When the market for truck rentals turns down, start looking for another job. I worked here for almost 7 years and was laid off twice during that time even after accepting a promotion for better “job security”.
