      The team is exceptional The product is extremely impactful and improves healthcare quality wherever it's used, and you really feel it every day The atmosphere is empowering and

      As all startups in a fast growth stage - a lot of work, a lot of opportunities for improvement, and a lot of responsibility and expectations on each team member. For some people that's a disadvantage, not for people in Aidoc.

      PTO Impactful annual company trip Benefits The idea and product is there Market leaders (makes everyone’s job essentially that much easier) 401 match Great internal crm/resources for marketing and commercial

      Cons

      Lots of layoffs with no real explanation No Structure (extra disorganized, no real alignment or goal) No Transparency (laying people off for essentially no reason) Low Pay (no standard of living raise) Lack of growth (especially in marketing/GTM) Heavy favoritism for a handful of people (always promoted over people who actually deserve it) Leadership is crumbling (no real accountability for the last few months of reorganization)
