New era in homecare. Aidaly has created an opportunity for family members to care for their loved ones. It developed the technology to eliminate the middle man allowing the agency to focus on providing better resources and benefits for both the caregiver and clients. Working as an Administrator for Aidaly has opened my eyes to the wave of the future. I work with a team of experts that contribute to the success of the business model. I feel at home here. Aidaly is definitely the new wave in Home Healthcare.

Better able to take care of aunt without stressing over finances... would have to work more AND find private care otherwise

Pros
Aidaly is mission-driven and moving fast. The team is deeply committed to doing good work. The culture is supportive and focused, and leadership sets a clear direction while staying approachable. I feel heard here. Everyone is trusted to execute without any micromanagement.
Cons
As with any startup, there’s less structure than in a bigger company. Meetings get moved around and priorities shift frequently. I'm adaptable but some people are rigid and need structure to keep their heads on straight 🤣
