Cons
Low salary for junior engineers and very little increment poor planning from management Some people from other departments get more increment, and is not based on performance . There are people from same department getting $500 increment each and people from another department getting less than $50 only. Appraisal is done on paper for purpose of submitting. Lack of training to develop the staff Poor employee engagement, with a hr manager that sees staff as invisible and never smile in the same office,what can you expect?
