I love the people here. Like many organizations, there are lots of talented and smart people across the company. But a unique factor that I have noticed at Aha! is that no one has a big ego. Everyone knows that they can continue to learn more and improve their craft and this only motivates and drives me to get better as well. Because the organization has a clear vision and a goal-first approach, it makes it easy to stay focused and avoid distractions.
